Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

Proof of Damage:

- To initiate a return due to damage, the buyer must provide video evidence of the product's condition before opening it.
- The video should clearly show any defects or issues.

Time Limit for Returns:

- Products can only be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- After this period, returns will not be accepted.

Return Process:

- Provide the video evidence as mentioned above.
- Our team will assess the damage and verify the claim.

Refund or Replacement:

- If the damage is confirmed, the buyer can choose either a refund or a replacement.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after verification.

Exceptions:

- Products with signs of wear, misuse, or tampering are not eligible for returns.
- Accessories (straps, chargers, etc.) are non-returnable.
